Providing cultural competence for success

Become ‘cultural competent’ for success!

Social competency is one of the key skills in order to succeed and influence positively any social interaction whether in business or private life. Socially competent people have the rare gift of being able to manage two opposite competences of  ‘conflict resolution’ and ‘cooperation willingness’ without damaging a relationship. But how?!

Cultural competence is the expertise and knowledge you need to bridge these different  capabilities that will lead you to a positive outcome!

We strongly believe that identifying and preempting cultural conflicts between one’s own culture and the host culture is the first step towards a successful relationship, whether in business or in private life. Regardless of the country or culture you are in, any social exchange has two parties: the sender (generally the initiator of the exchange) and the recipient (who obtains and interprets the message). It is because of this ‘interpretation’ that potential conflict or misunderstandings may occur.

By applying a proprietary methodology called ‘cultural conflict indicators’, Dr Mandri-Bossart is able to guide you throughout this critical interpretation process and provide you with the cultural competencies to succeed both in business and in private settings.

Naturally, this does not involve giving up your own cultural roots and traits but rather it is about finding the right balance of maintaining your own culture and embracing a new one.
